गोविन्दस्वामी वल्लभ संप्रदाय (पुष्टिमार्ग) के आठ कवियों (अष्टछाप कवि) में एक थे। इनका जन्म राजस्थान के भरतपुर राज्य के अन्तर्गत आँतरी गाँव में 1505 ई० में हुआ था। ये सनाढ्य ब्राह्मण थे, ये विरक्त हो गये थे और महावन में आकर रहने लगे थे।1585 ई० में इन्होंने गोस्वामी विट्ठलनाथ से विधिवत पुष्टमार्ग की दीक्षा ग्रहण की और अष्टछाप में सम्मिलित हो गए।
इन्होंने भगवान श्री कृष्ण की विभिन्न लीलाओं का अपने पदों में वर्णन किया! गोविन्दस्वामी अंतरी के रहने वाले सनाढ्य ब्राह्मण थे जो विरक्त की भाँति आकर महावन में रहने लगे थे। बाद में गोस्वामी विट्ठलनाथ जी के शिष्य हुए जिन्होंने इनके रचे पदों से प्रसन्न होकर इन्हें अष्टछाप में लिया। गोविन्दस्वामी अंतरी के रहने वाले सनाढ्य ब्राह्मण थे जो विरक्त की भाँति आकर महावन में रहने लगे थे। बाद में गोस्वामी विट्ठलनाथ जी के शिष्य हुए जिन्होंने इनके रचे पदों से प्रसन्न होकर इन्हें अष्टछाप में लिया।
