भारतीय इतिहास में : युद्ध सन्धियाँ,

भारतीय इतिहास में समय-समय पर कई युद्ध सन्धियाँ हुई हैं। इन सन्धियों के द्वारा भारत की राजनीति ने न जाने कितनी ही बार एक अलग ही दिशा प्राप्त की। देशी रियासतों की आपसी फूट भी इस हद तक बढ़ चुकी थी, कि अंग्रेज़ों ने उसका पूरा लाभ उठाया राजपूतों, मराठों और मुसलमानों में भी कई सन्धियाँ हुईं। भारत के इतिहास में अधिकांश सन्धियों का लक्ष्य सिर्फ़ एक ही था, दिल्ली सल्तनत पर हुकूमत। अंग्रेज़ों ने ही अपनी सूझबूझ और चालाकी व कूटनीति से दिल्ली की हुकूमत प्राप्त की थी, हालाँकि उन्हें भारत में अपने पाँव जमाने के लिए काफ़ी परेशानियों का सामना करना पड़ा था, फिर भी उन्होंने भारतीयों की आपसी फूट का लाभ उठाते हुए इसे एक लम्बे समय तक ग़ुलाम बनाये रखा।

• पुरन्दर की सन्धि - 1776 ई.
• बड़गाँव की सन्धि - 1779 ई.
• सालबाई की सन्धि - 1782 ई.
• बसई की सन्धि - 31 दिसम्बर, 1802 ई.
• देवगाँव की सन्धि - 17 दिसम्बर, 1803 ई.
• सुर्जी अर्जुनगाँव की सन्धि - 1803 ई.
• अमृतसर की सन्धि - 25 अप्रैल, 1809 ई.
• पूना की सन्धि - 1817 ई.
• उदयपुर की सन्धि - 1818 ई.
• गंडमक की सन्धि - 1879 ई.
• सुगौली सन्धि - 4 मार्च, 1816 ई.
• लाहौर की सन्धि - 9 मार्च, 1846 ई.

There have been several war treaties from time to time in Indian history. Through these treaties, India's politics did not know how many times they got a different direction. The mutual split of the princely states had also increased to such an extent that the British took full advantage of it, there were many treaties in Rajputs, Marathas and Muslims too. The goal of most of the treaties in India's history was only one, the rule on Delhi Sultanate.
